Nepal Valuers Association: The Voice of Professional Valuers in Nepal
Nepal Valuers Association (NVA) is the umbrella organisation of professional valuers of Nepal. It was established in 2068 BS (2012 AD) under the Organisation Registration Act 2034 B.S. of Nepal. It is the first and only voluntary valuer’s organisation in the country founded by a group of valuers for the purpose of strengthening and promoting the valuation profession in Nepal. It also plays the role of a facilitator to address all issues related to valuer’s profession in the country.
NVA has around 900 institutional members, who are engineers engaged in various fields of valuation, such as land, buildings, plants, and machinery. NVA is also a proud member of the International Valuation Standards Council (IVSC), the global standard setter for valuation practice and the valuation profession. As a member of the IVSC, NVA is committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, quality, and professionalism in its services.
